We ask that the customer provide their own sterno rack and water pan for the serving of the meat and other hot food (we will provide the pan insert). We are asking this because we find that if I provide the Sterno Rack/Pan (which I would take back with me), when we are ready to leave, your party may still be in"full swing" and people are still coming back for more food. If you have your own rack/pan everything is fine. These rack/pan combos can be found at Party City or your local Super Market or me. You will need on rack/pan per dish. I can provide them if you ask. The price would be $10.00 per set-up and this would include 1-rack, 1-water pan and 2 cans of two hour sterno. They would be yours to keep for the next party you have or the next time we cook for you.
