Ok, this
season (2008) has booked very fast. I am so sorry that I can not do
more. We are working harder then ever before. As always I advise
anyone to book as early as possible. Please by all means take the
time to poke around this website and read the info before calling.
However I will take the time to answer any questions you may
have.

Seems like
everyone wants to get ahead.
The main goals of
my website is to let people see a menu with basic pricing,
see what my roasted pigs looks like and give and idea of what our
set-up looks like. I have found that some people have never been to
or seen a roasted pig and just wonder what is the "big deal". The
"big deal" is: Something different, meat that is fresher then fresh.
If you like pork you will love fresh roasted pork (tastes kind of
like a pork chop). It will put a big memory stamp on the event.
Everyone and I mean everyone will remember that day you had
some guy cook a pig at your house or park or where ever. And it
doesn't get any better than, a good party with good
food, family & friends and maybe a little beer or a lot of
beer. In addition to the wonderful taste of the meat we will
provide two homemade bbq sauces, a mild and a spicy. These are my
own recipes that have dazzled taste buds time and time again. So I
urge you to come on in and look around. Read about what we do and
how we do it.
When
we are not doing a catering job we have been known to try our hand
at a bbq contest or cook-off. First place feels so
good.
